Very few items are stocked, and most are made to your specifications (size, color, etc.). Most products ship in 4-6 weeks and take a few days to arrive locally. Lead times are generally longer in the summer months.

Can I cancel?

Within 3 days for any reason. After that, it depends on the progress of the order. Since it's made just for you, cancellations are not possible once the order is in production or complete.

Can I return?

It was made just for you, so the answer is generally no. Some manufacturers will allow the return of some products, but the restocking fees and return shipping costs usually dissuade that option.

What if it’s defective or wrong?

No worries! It will simply be made right.

Pay when you're happy with the work. For larger projects, material and/or progress payments are sometimes required prior to final completion.
